To preserve and exhibitthe maritime heritage of Fort Lauderdale and the surrounding area, and to provide an educational facility for our community.
Sponsorship General Information
Fort Lauderdale has always been a nautical community and now the “Venice of America” is about to get its first maritime museum, located on the North side of the New River, along Riverwalk, in the Arts and Science District.
The Ft. Lauderdale Maritime Museum will record, preserve and exhibit our marine heritage. From past and present, our goal is to feature incredible artifacts for the nautical enthusiast. Adults and children will see, hear, explore and learn about our maritime heritage and the marine environment.
We are a work in progress and with your help, we can achieve our vision.
